Kubi Kalloo grows into 2022 with two new team members

 

Kubi Kalloo partners with Dale Milliken, award-winning cultural insights consultant.

With over 13 years’ experience spanning across both agency and client-side roles, Dale is joining as Director and brings significant experience to the team. He was schooled in marketing at Unilever, and his client-side career culminated as consumer insights and planning lead for Pernod Ricard’s single malt brand portfolio.

Dale’s cultural insights and semiotics work in scotch whisky was globally recognised in 2020, receiving two coveted industry awards: the Aura Insight Impact award and the MRS Virginia Valentine award for Cultural Insight.

His love of brands led him to launch one of his own: Lot 42 Premium Hard Seltzer. Launched in both the UK and Netherlands, it is already noted as one of the most awarded brands in the category.

Kubi Kalloo collaborates with industry legend David Smith

With several decades’ experience at the top of the industry, including as CEO of a global organisation, ESOMAR Vice president and MRS chairman, David Smith is a true expert across both quantitative and qualitative fields, and private and public sectors.

Beyond the core insights consultancy work, David is leading Kubi Kalloo’s Graduate Boot Camp, a cutting-edge training programme that supercharges the development of the company’s new-to-industry team members.

 

Introducing Kubi Kalloo’s inaugural graduate training scheme

The first of its kind, the Kubi Kalloo graduate training scheme aims to fast-track the brightest minds of tomorrow to the forefront of the insights industry. Launched in January 2022, designed and led by David Smith, trainees gain a holistic overview of the sector while being fully immersed in our organisation’s unique ability to develop brands through anchored disruption.
